Brandon D. Bailey | Founder & Managing Director
Brandon lives with a passion for music and helping others. His tenure in the industry began in 2008 when he launched Two B Entertainment at the age of 24. Since inception, Brandon has represented local talent to Grammy award winning artists who have earned RIAA Platinum certifications.
His tenure as an artist manager has provided him with an in depth knowledge of the music business and industry. Though he loves all music his experience comes from working in a variety of genres. This includes Acoustic, Alternative, Americana, Blues, Country, Folk, Funk, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, R&B, Rock, Soul, and Singer/Songwriter music.
Brandon's love for music started while playing instruments at an early age which included piano, drums, voice, and percussion. He developed a strong ear for music and started writing song lyrics as a teen. This passion for music continues today and what drives his love for the industry, helping musicians and writing new songs.
He is completing his Bachelors degree in Music Business at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.
Alex F. Sarife | Music & Event Director
Alex joined Two B Entertainment(IIB) in 2015 and serves as the events director for IIB. He brings a wealth of live event experience and touring knowledge to the team. He has worked for AEG Live, Cumulus Media, Access Dallas.
Alex served as a talent buyer for various venues in the state of Texas and has successfully increased revenue, fan base while attracting higher profile acts during his tenure. He's gained additional exposure working as a stage manager for successful music festivals from 2014-15.
He is the founder of Roundup Events and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas. Alex enjoys spending time with his wife Christian, their pup Bentley, family, friends, musicians, and Rangers fans!
Whitney Aretz | Marketing Manager
Whitney is the Marketing Manager for Two B Entertainment(IIB) and leads all marketing functions of IIB. She completed a successful internship with the company during the summer of 2015. Whitney adopted a creative approach to music and found a love for design. Whitney has earned commercial work from retailers and small businesses for her marketing/design efforts.
Whitney earned her Bachelors degree in Advertising at the University of North Florida. She is a mother of two cats and is an aspiring author.

Alexandra Georgaras | Booking Coordinator
Alexandra is the Booking Manager for Two B Entertainment(IIB) as of June 2016. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from the University of Ottawa. After completing several Disney internships, she decided to pursue a second degree in Entertainment Design and Technology with a focus in Live Show Production.
Alexandra has a passion for coordinating show logistics from start to finish. She has a strong knowledge base in entertainment show management including concert, theatrical and theme park productions.She loves to travel cherishing her visits home to Canada and Greece to be with her family, meeting new people and learning their stories.
